Home at Last Sanctuary provides permanent sanctuary to more then 85+ Horses,Donkeys,Mules, llamas, Alpacas,Cows, Goats, Sheep.

The mission of Home at Last is to eliminate the causes of abuse, neglect and suffering through education, rescue and permanent sanctuary.

Home at Last believes every animal deserves humane care. As a policy, once an equine's title is trasnferred to Home at Last, the equine spends the rest of it's life at the ranch.

The principal source of funding comes from donations.

Home at Last has regular veterinary and farrier care. There are no paid staff members. All work is done by volunteers.

We attend many equine events a year to provide information, education and collect donations. We speak to Groups of adults and children by invitation. We have been featured in a video " Equine Destiny", on radio shows in newspaper articles and on youtube.

Various groups and individuals visit the ranch monthly. some folks who are suffering from chronic and traumatic conditions come to find peace and solace that only nature and animilas can provide.

Special needs groups make regular visits. Hospice groups have been visitors. children's groups come to get to know the animals.

Our vision is to continue the care of animals, to provide education to the public and to gather enough funds to do both.

High school and college students use our facilities for internships and senior projects. They recieve credits for their work here. Some need to perform volunteer time, and others use our facility to further their equine and educational goals.
